Politique d annulation de commande

Herbalhomeeu (ci-après dénommé « nous ») établit la présente politique d’annulation de commande.

1. Conditions d’annulation

  • Toute commande peut être annulée sans frais si la demande est faite dans les 48 heures suivant la passation de la commande et à condition que celle-ci n’ait pas encore été expédiée.

  • Passé ce délai de 48 heures, ou si la commande a déjà été expédiée, l’annulation n’est plus possible. Vous pouvez alors attendre la réception du colis et nous contacter pour un retour et un remboursement. Pour plus d’informations, veuillez consulter notre politique de retour et d’échange.

2. Procédure d’annulation

  1. Contactez notre équipe par e-mail ou par téléphone pour demander l’annulation de votre commande, en fournissant le numéro de commande et le justificatif de paiement.

  2. Notre équipe traite votre demande sous 2 à 3 jours ouvrables, puis vous informe du résultat et procède au remboursement si l’annulation est acceptée.

3. Modalités de remboursement

Le remboursement est effectué sur la carte de paiement (Visa, MasterCard) que vous avez utilisée lors de la commande. Selon les délais de traitement propres à chaque établissement bancaire, le remboursement apparaît généralement sous 10 à 15 jours ouvrables. Passé ce délai, veuillez nous contacter. 4. Déclaration de responsabilité

  • Nous nous engageons à traiter toute demande d’annulation dans les meilleurs délais et sans complication.

  • Aucun frais d’annulation ne vous sera facturé si la demande est faite dans les conditions prévues ci-dessus.

  • En cas d’annulation refusée parce que la commande a déjà été expédiée, nous vous accompagnons gratuitement pour la suite (retour et remboursement selon notre politique de retour).

  • Nous vérifions manuellement chaque demande pour éviter toute erreur. Si une erreur survient de notre côté, nous en assumons l’entière responsabilité et procédons au remboursement intégral.

  • Vous n’avez à fournir aucune justification complexe : une simple demande dans les délais suffit.
